Guarantee and Terms
All our puppies come with a health guarantee, our puppies go to their new homes in good health, with a Certificate of Health from our veterinarian. All our dogs are DNA tested and thus your puppy will never suffer from any genetic diseases (such as progressive retinal atrophy (PRA), or exercise induced collapse (EIC)). Through good breeding practices we have attempted to reduce the risk that any of our dogs may suffer from hip dysplasia or elbow dysplasia.
Our contract and health guarantee will outline the following conditions:
what shall happen in the event that a puppy needs to be re-homed, at any age.
terms of our health guarantee.
your responsibilities in getting the puppy desexed at an appropriate age.
should the puppy develop a disease that is traceable to a genetic condition, what our responsibilities are.
what our responsibilities are in the case of the development of hip or elbow dysplasia.
In addition, if at any time the you wish to not keep the Labrador Retriever, it shall first be offered for sale back to us. This is extremely important to us, as breeders, as we will always take a puppy or dog back. We never want any of our dogs to end up without a home or in a shelter. They are always welcome back.
This information is all further outlined and detailed in the contract that we get all new puppy owners to sign upon picking up the puppy from us.
